What Can I Do To Increase My Chances Of Being Accepted To Stanford or Columbia University?

WOW, WOW, WOW. SLOW DOWN! Your only in eighth grade and i'm glad you're dedicated and want to do good so you can get into an Ivy League but things never go according to plan. First off, don't take that many AP cles, i'm sure you're very smart but you are going to overwhelm yourself plus colleges aren't looking for who took as many AP cles as they could. And you definitly need more sports than cross country, plus I can guarantee you may be the fastest runner but when you get into high school you'll be competing against really good athletes so you might not make varsity the first year. Colleges are looking for well-rounded students, as well as intelligent students but sports is like a major major thing. Good luck, and ... just good luck!
